Gadget Vaia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or product without prior notice.

2. User Submissions & Content

Any reviews, feedback, comments, or suggestions you submit to Gadget Vaia become our property and may be used for marketing, improvement, or promotional purposes. You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or mislead us or others as to the origin of any communication or submission.

3. Product Information & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is incorrectly priced due to an error, Gadget Vaia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. We do not offer price matching with other sellers or platforms.

4. Orders & Payment

For orders outside Dhaka, an advance payment of Tk. 200 or 10% of the total order amount (whichever is higher) may be required. We reserve the right to verify all payment details before processing any order to prevent fraudulent transactions. If verification is required and the customer fails to respond, the order may be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times may vary based on location, product availability, and other external factors such as public holidays, political unrest, or courier delays. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Gadget Vaia reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery may take longer than usual.

6. Return & Refund Policy

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. If a wrong product is delivered, you must return it in its original condition and packaging before a replacement is issued. Products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a refund. Refunds also apply if an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within up to 14 working days.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

Products sold by Gadget Vaia may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, depending on the brand or product type. Warranty coverage applies only to factory defects or manufacturing faults, not to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

8. Objectionable or Infringing Content

If you believe any content on our website is misleading, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@gadgetvaia.com. We will investigate all complaints and take appropriate action, including removing the content if necessary.

9. Fraud & Security

Any misuse of vouchers, cashback offers, or promotional activities is strictly prohibited. Attempting to manipulate the system for unauthorized benefits may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures against fraudulent activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Gadget Vaia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any temporary website unavailability.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Amendments to Terms

Gadget Vaia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content—including text, images, graphics, product descriptions, and logos—is the exclusive property of Gadget Vaia and is protected under applicable copyright laws. No part of our website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all contact details—such as name, phone number, address, and email—are accurate during checkout. Gadget Vaia is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

15. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. If a cancellation is approved, any advance payment will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Gadget Vaia collects customer information solely for order processing, customer support, and improving our services. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. While we take appropriate security measures to protect user data, we cannot guarantee absolute protection due to the inherent risks of online communication.
