Warranty Policy

At Gadget Vaia, we provide genuine products backed by official warranties from our partner brands. Please review the following terms carefully before making a warranty claim.


1. Warranty Claim Requirements

  • Warranty periods may vary depending on the product: 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, or 24 months.

  • The original product box and purchase cash memo/invoice are required for all warranty claims.

  • Claims without the original box or cash memo will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Expired Warranty

  • No service will be provided once the warranty period has expired.


3. Applicable Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty covers factory defects or manufacturing faults only.

  • Damages caused by misuse, drops, burns, water damage, or external impact are not covered.

  • Any signs of tampering or unauthorized repair will void the warranty.


4. Product Submission for Warranty

  • Customers can submit products directly to our warranty center or send them by courier (shipping at their own cost).

  • ✅ If the warranty claim is approved, Gadget Vaia will cover the return shipping cost.

  • ❌ If no issue is found, the customer must pay all courier charges (both ways).

  • Gadget Vaia is not responsible for courier damage or costs in such cases.


5. Repair or Replacement Process

  • If repair is possible, the item will be repaired and returned.

  • If repair is not possible, a one-time replacement will be provided.

  • After a replacement is issued, the warranty for that product is considered complete.


6. 7-Day Replacement Warranty

  • Eligible only if the product is unused and in brand-new condition.

  • Products with scratches, dents, or signs of use will not qualify for replacement.


7. Important Note

  • Products once sold are not returnable unless a valid warranty issue exists.

  • Please read the product details carefully before placing your order to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
